Here is a CPU Heatsink assembly unit. This is for use with Toshiba Satellite M30 and M35 series laptops. Part is in perfect condition.

If your computer is overheating, this could very well be the problem. There is a solid substance that is in the heatsink and when the laptop gets hot it liquifies to cool the heatsink. If this goes bad it can cause it from liquifying and your computer will overheat and shut down.
